Clear medium gold with a fine, persistent mousse, York Vineyards' Brut Reserve NV is a blend of 66% Chardonnay from 2016 and 34% Pinot Noir from 2017. Aged 72 months on lees and 24 months in French oak (20% new), with a delicate dosage of 2 g/L, this wine is a study in power and refinement.

The nose reveals aromas of ripe pear, toasted pecans, and homemade marshmallow, layered with smoky brioche. On the palate, bold flavors of citrus, chalk, and smoke are balanced by a rich, textured mouthfeel and a vigorous mousse. A flinty note of crisp apple emerges on the long, nuanced finish.
